(1) The deformation of the stop caused the catch of the float
Due to the staff's lack of attention, the quick opening and closing of the valve caused the pressure of the flowmeter to be too large, which could cause the flowmeter to stop deformation. The deformation of the stop will make the float unable to move and the pointer will not move.
(2) The cleanliness of the medium causes the float to jam
The jamming of the float of the metal rotameter is also related to the cleanliness of the medium. Because of the magnetic steel in the float, if the medium contains iron, it will be absorbed by the float, so the float will be stuck. Some tiny particles will also make the floats inflexible and get stuck, so remove the floats and clean them up.
