Machining process specification

The development of mechanical processing procedures can be roughly divided into two steps. The first is to formulate the process route of the parts, and then determine the process size, equipment and process equipment, cutting specifications, and working hours quota for each process. These two steps are interrelated and should be comprehensively analyzed.

The formulation of the process route is to formulate the overall layout of the process. The main task is to select the processing methods of each surface, determine the processing order of each surface, and the number of processes in the whole process.

General principles for developing a route

1, first processing the reference plane

During the machining process, the surface to be used as the positioning reference should be machined first to provide a fine reference for the subsequent processing. Called "baseline first."

2, the division of processing stage

The surface with high processing quality is divided into processing stages, which can be generally divided into three stages: roughing, semi-finishing and finishing. Mainly to ensure the processing quality; is conducive to the rational use of equipment; easy to arrange heat treatment process; and easy to find blank defects.

3, the first face and the back hole

For parts such as cabinets, brackets, and connecting rods, the plane-finished holes should be machined first. In this way, the hole can be machined in a plane to ensure the positional accuracy of the plane and the hole, and the processing of the hole in the plane is facilitated.

4, finishing processing

Finishing of the main surface (such as grinding, honing, fine grinding, rolling, etc.) should be carried out at the final stage of the process. The surface finish after processing is above Ra0.8um. A slight collision will damage the surface in Japan. In Germany and other countries, after finishing, it is necessary to protect with flannel. It is absolutely not allowed to directly touch the workpiece with hands or other objects, so as to avoid the surface of the finishing process, which is damaged due to the transportation and installation between the processes.

SPG is double acting hydraulic piston seal. It is a combination of a slipper seal and an energizing square ring. Piston Seals , also known as piston packings, are mounted on a piston head which moves through the bore of a hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder tube. The inner diameter of the seal is fitted in a static housing/ groove within the piston head.
