On June 9th, Anhui Dianjian Company's Party and group system personnel implemented the "Four No's and Two Directs" approach—no prior notice, no greeting, no report, no accompanying reception, and directly going to the grassroots level and on-site. This method was used during an unannounced inspection at the Anqing project department, where they utilized a "third eye" to check for safety compliance. As part of the "Safety Production Month" campaign, Anhui Power Construction Company focused on identifying hidden hazards, promoting civilized construction, and strengthening anti-violation management. The goal was to foster a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility, ensuring the stability and security of all ongoing projects.

To enhance the effectiveness of safety management, the company included party and group staff outside the safety supervision department in the "Safety Production Month" activities. They conducted comprehensive inspections from the perspective of safety production, focusing on safety risks, illegal behaviors, and issues related to team building and equipment. All findings were accurately documented and promptly reported back to the safety supervision department for further action.

The introduction of an on-site third-party safety inspection mechanism broke away from the traditional model where only the safety department was responsible for enforcement and monitoring. This new approach made on-site safety supervision more thorough and reliable, acting as an additional layer of protection for workers and operations.
