"The third eye" check safety

On June 9th, Anhui Dianjian Company's Party and group system personnel implemented the "Four No's and Two Directs" approach (no notice, no greeting, no report, no escort, directly going to the grassroots level and on-site) during an unannounced inspection of the Anqing project department. This "flying inspection" utilized a "third eye" to check for safety issues. As part of the "Safety Production Month" campaign, Anhui Power Construction Company focused on hidden danger investigations, civilized construction, and comprehensive anti-violation management. The initiative aimed to foster a culture where "safety is everyone's responsibility," ensuring the stability and security of all construction projects.

To enhance the effectiveness of safety management, the company included party and group staff outside the safety supervision department in the "Safety Production Month" activities. They conducted a thorough inspection from the perspective of safety production, identifying potential security risks, illegal behaviors, and issues in management practices. All findings were accurately documented and promptly reported to the safety supervision department, enabling more targeted corrective actions.

The introduction of an on-site third-party safety inspection mechanism broke away from the traditional "enforcement and supervision" model used by the safety department. This new approach provided a more objective and independent "third eye" for on-site supervision, adding an extra layer of protection and enhancing the overall safety framework at the project site.
