On April 10th, Cidong Binhai District Management Committee and Ningbo Moxi Technology Co., Ltd., controlled by Shanghai Nanjiang Group, began to contact and selected the graphene production base for investigation and actively negotiated. After half a month, the two parties reached preliminary investment intentions. Since then, the Binhai District Management Committee has opened a “green channel†to handle company registration and provide temporary provision for the project. After five months of preparations, this global project has finally started construction in Cidong Binhai District.
