According to the “Notice on Launching the Second Batch of Service-Based Manufacturing Demonstration and Selection†issued by the Henan Provincial Industry and Information Technology Commission, the demonstration project focuses on four directions: supply chain management, product life cycle management, total integration general contracting service and information value-added service. Enterprises can carry out model innovation and form competitiveness around core manufacturing capabilities, and achieve certain results in strategic planning, management operations, model innovation, information network platform construction, service performance, and production service personnel training.
The declared project should be a project that is carried out around upgrading the core manufacturing capabilities and is already in operation. The applicant body shall be a manufacturing enterprise, and may be Party A entrusted with the project or Party B providing services to the outside. The project achieved its expected goals in reducing production costs, improving operational efficiency and market share. After the implementation of the project, the service-oriented manufacturing features of the reporting entity are more obvious, the core competence is more prominent, and the market position is strengthened.
The reporting platform shall be a service platform derived from a manufacturing enterprise or a third-party professional service platform, or a service institution such as an institution of higher learning, a research institute, or an industry organization. The platform may provide professional services to the industry or may be provided to the region. The integrated service shall be officially put into operation for two years as of the filing date. The platform should provide professional services such as R&D design, knowledge management, industrial technology, talents, financing, intellectual property, etc., and innovate in service system construction, service capacity improvement, service model, etc., which can effectively improve manufacturing efficiency and capability, and effectively reduce Transaction costs and cooperation risks between enterprises.
