How to identify the pesticide batch number

A qualified pesticide variety is marked with “three certificates” on its packaging appearance, namely pesticide registration certificate, issued by the agricultural drug inspection department; pesticide production permit (production license number), issued by the chemical department; pesticide standard number (qualified Certificate), issued by the technical supervision department. Pesticides that are not marked with “three certificates” may be regarded as unqualified pesticides or counterfeit pesticides.
In addition to the three certificates, domestic pesticides are printed with 6-8 Arabic numerals on the label. This is the batch number of the pesticide. The 1st and 2nd digits of the pesticide batch number indicate the year of production; the 3rd and 4th digits indicate the month of production; the 5th and 6th digits indicate the date of production; the 7th and 8th digits indicate that the pesticide is valid for several years. For example, the batch number is 960723-02, indicating that the pesticides were produced on July 23, 1996 and are valid for two years. Some pesticides only have 6 digits on the label, and they are directly marked with “validity period × year”, and some have not indicated the validity period, indicating that the validity period is not strict.
