Aluminum Alloy Execution Standard

[China Aluminum Industry Network] The current domestic aluminum alloy profile implementation standards are:

(1) GB5237.1~5-2008?GB5237.6-2004

The implementation of the above standards for the construction of aluminum alloy profiles, that is, as long as it is aluminum alloy profiles for the construction industry, its products must be produced according to the mandatory standards GB5237.1 ~ 5-2008? GB5237.6-2004 and product quality control.

(2) GB/T6892-2006 "General industrial aluminum and aluminum alloy extrusion profiles"

Industrial aluminum profiles refer to aluminum extrusions other than building doors and windows, curtain walls, and interior and exterior aluminum profiles. Except for individual products, their implementation standards are GB/T6892-2006 General Industrial Use. Aluminum and aluminum alloy extrusion profiles, the products are mainly used in aerospace, transportation, rail vehicles, electronic appliances, sports equipment, radiators, decoration, power energy, petrochemicals, machinery manufacturing and other industrial areas.

(3) GB/T26014-2010 "non-architectural aluminum alloy decorative profiles"

Non-architectural aluminum alloy decorative profiles refer to decorative aluminum alloy hot extruded profiles with the main purpose of improving visual effects. If there are special requirements for dimensional deviation of decorative profiles, they should be specified in the contract. If there is no special requirement, it shall comply with the provisions of the general level in GB/T14846-2008 "Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Extrusion Profile Deviation". Products are mainly used in interior and exterior decoration of vehicles, home appliances accessories, kitchen appliances, electronic appliances, interior decoration, medical equipment, instrumentation, office facilities and other fields.

(4) GB/T14846-2008 "Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Extrusion Profile Size Deviation"

Another standard for industrial aluminum alloy profiles is GB/T14846-2008 "Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Extrusion Profile Size Deviation." However, this standard is only aimed at the extrusion size of industrial aluminum extrusions. Only the dimensions required can be produced according to this standard. All other requirements are in accordance with the GB/T6892-2006 standard.

(5) Foreign advanced standards The foreign advanced standards are: EU EN12020-2 "6060 and 6063 aluminum and aluminum alloy precision profiles Part 2: Allowable deviations in size and shape", EN755-2 "aluminum and aluminum alloy rods, tubes, type - —Mechanical Performance“, United States ANSI H35.2 “Standard for Deviating Aluminum Material Sizes” and Japan JISH4100 “Aluminum and Aluminium Alloy Extruded Profiles” and other standards, mainly applicable to some special customers or international large architectural curtain wall companies in well-known buildings and landmarks Construction and foreign engineering supervision of the use of engineering and so on.

(6) Enterprise Standards If a company produces products that do not have national, industry, or local standards, a corresponding enterprise standard shall be established as the basis for the organization of production. The enterprise standards shall be filed with the local Technical Supervision Bureau for record filing. The quality and technical supervision system is a localized management. After the samples are sampled, they must go to the quality and technical supervision bureau of the place where the enterprise is located to review the filing standards to determine whether it is qualified or not. The production company can rely on the time before to know that the product has been supervised and randomized, actively follow up the product inspection process and results in advance, and take corresponding measures. Such as small materials, non-architecture use of profiles, decorative profiles and export profiles and so on.
