2. Construction Procedures:
Site leveling → Installation of hydraulic pile puller → Crane positioning → Steel removal → Grouting.
3. Site Preparation:
A. Prior to extracting the H-shaped steel, thorough soil cleaning around the top ring beam must be conducted to ensure that the hydraulic pile puller is placed securely and stably.
B. Clear all obstructions from the work area, ensuring the crane's lifting gear is properly secured under the 25-ton crane.
C. Based on the specific conditions of this project, it’s crucial to collaborate effectively and allocate sufficient operational space and access routes.
4. Hydraulic Pile Puller Installation:
Position the hydraulic pile puller (model: PM300LS) evenly on the top ring beam. Use a crane to hoist the H-steel lifting frame on either side of the H-shaped steel to be extracted.
5. Steel Extraction:
Activate the high-pressure oil pump, and simultaneously lift the two pile pullers upward to extract the beam section of the H-shaped steel.
6. Grouting:
To prevent any adverse effects on nearby residential and other structures caused by the voids left after removing the H-shaped steel, cement grout must be injected into these spaces post-extraction.
