5. When the machine is shut down, the smoke machine should be closed first, the furnace door should be opened, and the air temperature should be reduced to below 60 °C after the coal is burned or smoldering, then the main fan should be stopped to ensure that the residual heat does not damage the furnace core.
Rotary dryer hot air stove maintenance:
1. During use, the flue should be cleaned before each ignition. The ash can be adjusted to the maximum opening degree by the induced draft fan. The exhaust pipe is ventilated for about 5 minutes, and the ash is extracted to keep the smoke. The ring has a higher heat exchange efficiency.
2. Pay attention to the temperature rise of the main fan and the smoke machine during the use process. The temperature rise of the motor does not exceed the specified value. The temperature rise of the rolling bearing does not exceed 50 °C, and the temperature rise of the sliding bearing does not exceed 35 °C.
3. Check the oil mark of the housing of the hood, keep the lubricating oil above the specified marking line, and the temperature rise of the oil should not exceed 40 °C.
4, always check the furnace, observe whether the lining is intact, if it falls off, it should be repaired in time to avoid burning the furnace.
5. Pay attention to check the sealing surface of the joint surface of the furnace floor and the basic flue. There should be no leakage of cold air.
