General description of the flow quantitative control system


  The flow quantitative control system cooperates with various flow sensors and transmitters to realize quantitative filling and batching control. The flow quantitative control system mainly responds to the pulse flow signal of the flow quantitative control according to the flow meter . When the flow cumulative flow reaches the set value ( quantitative value ) , the quantitative control device will give the electromagnetic valve or pump a switching signal, which has reached the valve, Pump start and stop control. Automatic and manual control of the feed is achieved.

First, the system consists of  

1, quantitative flow control: This is the basis of the control, directly affects the control effect, so the basic requirement is the higher the better measurement accuracy, the signal output. When the cumulative value displayed by the quantitative controller reaches the set quantitative value When the value is controlled, the quantitative controller outputs a switching signal. At this time, the switching signal is used to control the current interrupting device installed on the pipeline through the matching relay or the contactor, thereby achieving the effect of quantitative control.
