However, private refineries are at a disadvantage because they face pressure from capital and technology or they will compete with the two major oil giants.

Upgraded capital investment will increase the cost of the enterprise and eventually it will be circulated to the market, such as increasing the wholesale price.

Beijing has implemented the national standard for five gasoline and diesel on June 1 last year.
