CNC system interference and its prevention

Interference is causing the "soft" fault of the CNC system. And an important aspect that is easily overlooked. Eliminating system interference can start from the following aspects:

(1) Correctly connect the grounding of the machine tool and system. The CNC machine tool must adopt the point grounding method (see Figure 1-3). It must not be grounded in order to save trouble, causing multiple grounding circulation. The specification of the grounding wire must be as specified by the system, and the wire diameter must be large enough. Shielded wires must be used where shielding is required. The shielded ground must be connected as required by the system to avoid interference.

The requirements for the matching of CNC machine tools are usually high. The incoming lines of workshops and workshops must have a complete grounding network that meets the requirements for the installation of CNC machine tools. It is a prerequisite for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of CNC machine tools, and must be paid enough attention.

(2) Preventing strong electrical interference The electromagnetic components such as contactors and relays in the high-voltage cabinet of CNC machine tools are frequent on/off of the AC contactor of the interference source, frequent starting and stopping of the AC motor, and wiring of the main circuit and the control circuit. unreasonable. It may cause the CNC's control circuit to generate disturbances such as spikes and surge voltages, which may affect the normal operation of the system. Therefore, the following measures must be taken for electromagnetic interference to be eliminated.

1

1) Parallel RC absorber on both ends of the AC contactor coil and on the three-phase output of the AC motor
2) Add a freewheeling diode to both ends of the coil of the DC contactor or DC Solenoid Valve
3) Add surge absorbers and filters between the input power lines of the CNC.
4) The three-phase armature wire of the servo motor is shielded (used by SIEMENS drive).

Through the above methods, interference can generally be effectively suppressed, but it should be noted that the length of the interference line should be as close as possible to the interference source.

(3) Suppress or reduce the interference of the power supply line L. In some cases where the power is insufficient or the frequency is unstable, the voltage is undervoltage, frequency and phase drift. Waveform distortion 1 common mode noise and normal mode noise. Will affect the normal operation of the system. Minimize such interference on the line

The specific measures to prevent interference on the power supply line generally have the following points:

1) For areas with large grid voltage fluctuations, an electronic regulator should be installed on the input power supply.
2) The capacity of the line must meet the requirements of the machine for power supply capacity.
3) Avoid the same main line of high-power equipment that frequently starts and stops CNC machine tools and EDM equipment
4) When installing the CNC machine tool, it should be as far as possible from the frequency conversion equipment such as the intermediate frequency furnace and the high frequency induction furnace.
