Two methods of soil quick-acting compound fertilizer

Five-in-one quick-acting compound fertilizer: Pour the ash and soft water (river water, pond water) into the pot at a ratio of 1:10 to boil, and remove the impurities to obtain an alkali aqueous solution. The bovine bone powder and soft water were poured into the pot at a ratio of 1:7 to boil, and the impurities were filtered off to obtain a filtrate. A brine solution was prepared in a ratio of 1:3. The gypsum is placed in a stove and calcined at a high temperature, and then ground into a powder for use. First put 30% aqueous alkali solution in the pot. After boiling, pour 13% bovine bone water, 2% saline solution and 30% gypsum powder into the pot (when pouring, stir while pouring), boil Then cook for another 10 to 15 minutes, then pour the quicklime with the mixed solution (the quicklime can be stacked on the concrete floor) until the quicklime is powdery. According to the above method, each 50 kg of mixed raw materials can be made into 23 kg of five-in-one compound fertilizer, and the contents of nitrogen, iodine and potassium are 28%, 0.5% and 30%, respectively, and can be used as base fertilizer and top dressing.

Prepare the ammonium phosphate quick-acting compound fertilizer: take 5 kg of large manure, pour it into a large iron pot, and put 0.2%-0.5% acid (sulfuric acid, nitric acid) into the appropriate amount to make it soak and ferment. After about 4 to 5 hours, 5 kg of human urine and 10 kg of chicken and feces were thoroughly mixed and poured into a pot, and then 3 kg of superphosphate was added to the pot. Then heat the iron pan, stir it with a stick in the pot while cooking, and wait until the pot is dried. The ammonium phosphate compound fertilizer prepared by the above method has high nitrogen content and is suitable for crop topdressing.
