China Strategic Partner has recently announced the expansion of its TBS1000 oscilloscope series with the introduction of three new 4-channel models, offering bandwidths of 60 MHz, 100 MHz, and 150 MHz, all backed by a five-year warranty. These models are designed to provide long-term, reliable performance for electronic testing in educational institutions, service centers, and manufacturing environments.
The 4-channel TBS1000 oscilloscopes support a wide range of measurement types and advanced analysis functions, making them ideal for a variety of applications. The price range starts from RMB 8,250 for the 60 MHz model up to RMB 14,900 for the 150 MHz version. With a maximum sample rate of 1 GS/s and a DC gain accuracy of 2% (down to 2 mV/div), these devices deliver excellent performance and precision.
Launched in November 2012, the TBS1000 series—short for Tektronix Basic Scope—has been widely used across different industries. The new 4-channel models enhance versatility, allowing the series to be applied in a broader range of test scenarios, including entry-level design, commissioning, and quality assurance.
Both 2-channel and 4-channel versions come with a fully documented programming interface, enabling users to control the instrument and transfer data easily. The waveform capture function allows saving waveforms to a USB flash drive, while users can also define signal tolerance bands and perform pass/fail tests when signals exceed these limits.
The four-channel TBS1000 Series is now available on the market. Each unit includes a learning CD that features comprehensive lab exercises, instructor guides, and primers to help users understand how to effectively use the oscilloscope and probes.
