1) A specialized degreasing and cleaning section is integrated into the process, utilizing multi-stage enhanced cleaning methods such as alkali cleaning, brush roller scrubbing, and electrolytic degreasing. This significantly improves coating adhesion and surface quality.
2) The French STEIN vertical annealing furnace uses full-radiant tube indirect heating, enhancing both coating adhesion and plate flatness. It also ensures better mechanical stability and allows for customized levels of hardness and strength. A heat tensioning roller at the furnace exit enables precise control over tension during the annealing and zinc pot stages, improving coating uniformity and surface finish.
3) The system features a dual zinc pot setup: one for producing aluminum-zinc alloy coatings and another for standard pure zinc coatings. The zinc pots are electric induction heating ceramic pots from the U.S. AJAX, reducing zinc slag formation and improving coating surface quality compared to traditional iron-based systems.
4) Lead-free hot-dip galvanizing and chromium-free passivation technologies are employed, ensuring that the coating is free from toxic substances, making it environmentally friendly and safe for end-users.
5) The DAK air knife from Mexico's IMSA, equipped with a dynamic automatic control system, ensures consistent coating thickness and superior surface quality.
6) The French CLECIM four-roll mill and six-roll stretch bending leveler ensure excellent strip shape and surface finish, enhancing the stamping performance of the final product.
7) The French STEIN vertical roll coater applies thin organic coatings, enabling the production of eco-friendly products such as fingerprint-resistant and self-lubricating panels.
