(1) When the aluminum alloy pole machine is approximately one meter off the ground from its tip, the pulling should be paused to inspect the lifting equipment and the anchor ropes. If any abnormalities are detected, the adjustment should be released before proceeding with the erection.
(2) If the aluminum alloy pole machine begins to sink or shows a height difference between the two legs, pulling must be stopped immediately. The erection should not continue until the issue is resolved.
(3) Only authorized construction personnel are allowed on the site. Non-workers must stay clear of the area where the aluminum pole is being erected.
(4) Once the aluminum alloy pole machine reaches 70°, the pulling speed should be gradually reduced. Prepare the temporary cable opposite the traction rope, insert it into the pile hole, and slow down the rising speed accordingly. When the angle reaches about 80°, stop the pulling immediately. At this point, slowly release the reverse temporary cable (the rear horizontal rope) until the aluminum pole stands upright.
(5) During the entire process of using the aluminum alloy pole machine, it must be erected in one continuous motion without stopping halfway.
(6) If workers need to enter the pit during operation, pulling must be halted first. Personnel entering the pit should work on the side, and once the task is complete, they should immediately exit the pit and resume pulling.
(7) When using a permanent cable as a temporary one for construction, operators should maintain a safe distance from the aluminum pole. If the distance is too close, use a pulley system to extend the cable.
(8) All on-site staff must remain focused and follow the unified command. Especially during tower disassembly, the four-corner temporary cables must be closely coordinated. Pay close attention to the commander’s instructions and ensure the aluminum pole rises steadily.
(9) When adjusting each adjustable cable, make sure the steel wire is properly secured in the fittings. Adjust the tension carefully and secure the cable immediately after adjustment to prevent loosening.
(10) The hauling ropes of the pulling equipment must be operated by experienced personnel. The tail rope should never be stepped on, and those pulling the rope should wear gloves for safety.
(11) After the aluminum alloy pole machine is fully vertical, the temporary cables can only be removed once all specified conditions are met. This ensures stability and safety throughout the operation.
(12) Before starting any work, conduct a thorough inspection of all tools, equipment, and safety measures. Ensure that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities. Maintain constant communication throughout the process to avoid accidents and ensure smooth progress.
