Cancel the export tariff or special export tariff of some products, mainly including cold and hot rolled sheet, strip, steel wire, large steel, alloy steel, welded pipe and other steel products; ammonium nitrate, ammonium sulfate and other chemical products; corn, miscellaneous grains and Grain products such as milling, a total of 102 products.
Second, reduce the export tariffs of some products, mainly including some fertilizers and their raw materials, some aluminum materials, as well as wheat, rice and their milling, a total of 23 products. Reduce the special export tariffs for nitrogen fertilizers, phosphate fertilizers and other raw materials, a total of 31 products.
Third, adjust the export tariffs of urea, phosphate monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate and other fertilizer products in the off-season. Adjust the range of taxable products for three products, such as powdered natural graphite.
Fourth, increase the export tariffs of five products such as apatite and silicon.
5.
