When the machine was shut down before the year ago, why did the warning light that caused the "Fault 2" turn on when the machine was turned on?
In general, when the machine is turned on, the memory used for memory is very small (the power consumption of the FANUC board or the line is abnormal). When the total power of the machine is turned off, the parameter data of the machine is kept by the battery. When the machine is turned on, when the battery is low, a “BAT†flashing warning will appear at the bottom of the screen. If the battery is not replaced immediately, “down†will occur.

Divided into FANUC computer battery, FANUC servo controller battery and servo turret control battery
First, FANUC computer battery: mainly in memory computer parameters
(1) The 3T and 10T/M controllers are inside the electrical box, and 0T is outside the electrical box (see Figure 5). Three alkaline batteries are used.

(2) The 0I-TA/B (0I-MA/B) controller is inside the electrical box (see Figure 6), using a FANUC-dedicated lithium battery.

(3) The 18I-TB (18I-MB) controller is inside the operation box (see Figure 7), using a FANUC-dedicated lithium battery.

(4) The 0I-TC (0I-MC) controller is inside the operation box (Fig. 8), and a FANUC-dedicated lithium battery is used.

Second, FANUC servo controller battery: mainly in the absolute position of the memory machine (only use absolute motor)
(1) The 0I-TA/B (0I-MA/B) and 18I-TB (18I-MB) controllers are inside the electrical box (see Figure 9), using FANUC-dedicated batteries.
(2) 0I-TC (0I-MC), 18I-TC (18I-MC) controller in the electrical box (Figure 10) CNC lathe is inside the external processing machine, using four No. 1 alkaline batteries.
