Granulation

Treatment method: use the raw materials of unmixed color masterbatch, start the plastic machine at the slowest speed at 10-20 °C lower than the normal temperature, re-clean the work, and compare the temperature, and replace the filter in time.
Poor dispersion
The main reasons are: uneven mixing, incorrect temperature, poor affinity of raw materials or poor plasticizing effect of the plastic machine itself.
Treatment method: fully stir, adjust the temperature, replace the raw materials used or replace other machines.
Frequent cuts
The main reason: the temperature is not correct, the raw material affinity is poor or the color masterbatch ratio is too high.
Treatment method: Accurate temperature adjustment, or replace the raw materials used, or reduce the proportion of color masterbatch.
Color changes
The main reason: some color masterbatch is less exposed to temperature, and over temperature is prone to discoloration.
Treatment method: Re-adjust the correct temperature and clean the raw materials of the mixed color masterbatch in the hopper.
