The electronic lock, built around the AT89C51 microcontroller, handles password input, storage, comparison, and unlocking via an electromagnetic actuator. It also detects sensor inputs and sends status updates back to the monitor. If incorrect passwords are entered multiple times, the system alerts the monitor and initiates an alarm. Key technologies implemented in the design include line multiplexing, current monitoring, data communication protocols, and intelligent analysis.
