Before p3 maintenance work, you need to prepare multimeter, electric iron, blade, tweezers and other tools. When detecting indoor full-color p3 faults, you must deal with them in a major-to-secondary manner, which is obviously very serious. The problem is not very large. The short-circuit problem belongs to the highest priority and must be dealt with immediately. There are several methods in the process of p3 display screen maintenance:
1. Observation method: Observation by naked eyes is one of the problems often found by the observation method. It can be seen by the eyes. For example, the PCB circuit is broken due to scratching, or the circuit is accidentally broken by the electric drill.
Second, the comparison method: we can't see whether the IC is burnt out, we can replace it with a good IC; if the signal can't remember whether it was originally communicated, we can judge by measuring the corresponding position of the unit board. The comparison method is often used in the process of p3led display maintenance. It is important to master this method. It allows you to quickly find out the fault problem.
3. Elimination method: A failure occurs in the p3 electronic display screen, which may be caused by various reasons. We need to accurately determine each cause of the failure of the display, and then deal with them one by one, but we must pay attention to the priority of processing.
Fourth, the resistance detection method: adjust the multimeter to the resistance range, detect the resistance value of a certain circuit board to the ground point, and then check the same point of another same circuit board to test whether the normal resistance value is different, If they are different, the scope of the problem is determined.
Fifth, voltage detection method: adjust the multimeter to the voltage range, detect the voltage to ground at a certain point of the suspected circuit, and compare whether it is similar to the normal value, otherwise the fault range of the display screen problem is determined.
Sixth, short-circuit detection method: adjust the multimeter to the short-circuit detection block to detect whether there is a short-circuit phenomenon in the indoor full-color p3. After the short circuit is found, it must be resolved first to ensure that other devices are not burned out. Note: The short circuit detection method must be operated when the circuit is powered off to avoid damage to the meter.
Seventh, voltage drop detection method: adjust the multimeter to the diode voltage drop detection file, because all ICs are composed of many basic unit parts, but they are miniaturized, so when a current passes through one of its pins, There will be a voltage drop on the pin. Generally, the voltage drop on the same pin of the same type of IC is similar, according to the value of the voltage drop on the pin is better or worse. Note: The voltage drop detection method must be operated when the circuit is powered off. This method has certain limitations. For example, if the detected device is high resistance, it cannot be detected.
