In view of this situation, we have come up with a more practical method after researching and experimenting—the standard steel tube conversion method. That is, a steel standard tube having the same outer diameter as that of the tube socket is manufactured, and the standard tube is welded to the coiled steel tube, and then the steel standard tube is inserted into the tube socket and installed as shown in FIG. 2 . If the tube socket is connected with the steel pipe, then a double set of ductile iron is added at the joint, and then the standard pipe can be used for conversion. This not only reduces labor intensity, speeds up construction progress, but also increases the likelihood of successful pressure test once and the safety of water supply.
