Grape root dressing method

Top dressing is a kind of fertilization method often used in grape production. It has the characteristics of less fertilizer, high utilization rate and quick effect. The fertilizer suitable for root application and its spraying concentration are determined according to the fertilization period and purpose.
The flowering period is mainly to prevent the flower and fruit from falling off. Generally, after 3 to 5 days after flowering, the spray is 0.3% urea plus 50% of 0.3% borax solution.
The top dressing of young fruit is mainly to improve the photosynthetic efficiency of the leaves and promote the expansion of young fruit. For vineyards with sufficient nitrogen fertilizer, 50 kg of 3% superphosphate leaching solution can be sprayed per acre, and sprayed 1 or 2 times every 10 days; if nitrogen is deficient, 0.2% urea can be added.
The coloring period topdressing mainly promotes coloring, accelerates ripening, and increases the sugar content of the berries. Usually, after the hard core period, spray with 0.3% to 0.5% potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution every 7 days, even spray 2 to 3 times, each time. Spray 50 kg per mu.
