1. Close the doors and windows when encountering thunder and lightning to prevent the intrusion of side lightning and spherical lightning.

2. Turn off household appliances, unplug the power plug, and do not touch antennas, metal windows, gas pipes, building exterior walls, etc.

3. Avoid outside in time and do not stay in the open field. If you have nowhere to hide, you should try to find a place with a lower terrain to hide, or squat down immediately to reduce the height of your body.

4. When you are hit by floods, calmly and quickly evade the nearby hillsides, highlands and buildings, or immediately climb up to high places such as roofs, big trees and high walls for temporary shelter.

5. Besieged by the flood, get in touch with the outside world as soon as possible to seek rescue. When conditions permit, floating objects such as wooden boards and door panels can be used to transfer to a safe place.

6. If you are involved in the flood, be sure to grab the fixed or floating things as much as possible and look for opportunities to escape. When you do n’t understand the water, do n’t risk wading, especially the rapids, and wait for safety in a safe area.

7. When it is found that the tower of the high-voltage line falls, the wire is sagged or broken, keep away from danger and prevent electric shock.
