(7) For the thrust pad with the thermal element; the solid state of the thermal element fixed in the tile should be checked; the temperature measurement lead should not affect the sensitive shaking of the tile. The thermal element and the lead together with the tile are inspected by the appearance. Insulation and measurement accuracy meet the appearance standards.
c. Base ring and level block (1) Level block bearing surface lubrication; no heavy load marks such as abrasion, grilling, indentation; shaking in the base ring sensitive; not stuck. d. The thrust plate (1) has a smooth and flat appearance; the surface roughness Ra is less than 0.8 m; no radial groove is allowed; the circumferential groove depth should not exceed 0. 05 mm.
(2) The thrust plate connected by the key; the key and the keyway have no kneading marks; the key groove is flaw-detected to see that there is no crack. The thrust plate and the shoulder and the back end face are evenly touched; the key cooperates properly in the thrust plate key groove; The clearance, the top clearance and the cooperation between the thrust plate and the shaft are combined to depict the demand. The end face of the thrust plate after assembly is less than 0. 015mm.
(3) When selecting the layout of the hydraulic disassembly and thrust plate; the touch condition of the inner hole of the thrust plate and the outer surface of the shaft should be checked; the touch condition of the end face of the thrust plate and the shoulder should be checked; no less than 80%. No burrs on each surface. Scratches, damages; the cooperation between the hole and the shaft of the thrust disc is not excessive.
(4) The thickness of the thrust plate does not exceed 0. 01mm along the circumference error.
(5) The thrust bearing gap gasket is one piece; it should be lubricated and flat; the thickness error along the whole week is less than 0. 01mm.
(6) The inner and outer diameters of the oil ring are suitable for cooperation; not loose.
(7) Clear the bearing housing; each oil supply hole should match and clear the oil hole on the bearing housing.
