According to the Russian TASS News Agency, the Russian Far Eastern Federal University will soon establish the Pacific Quantum Research Center, which will be devoted to the research of promising quantum materials, cosmic evolution issues and basic theories of drug research and development.
The Russian Ministry of Science and Education is expected to obtain 36 million rubles for the construction of the center every year. The funding period will be extended to 2023, and may be extended. The center will be transformed on the basis of the Biophotonics Research Center of the Federal University of the Far East.
