First, construction preparation
(I) Technical preparation: Technical data collection, on-site civil engineering design data collection and civil structure measurement, design and construction plan determination.
(2) Preparation of materials and tools: Quality inspection of main materials (whether the glass size is correct, whether the material of the metal structural member meets the design requirements, whether the components are straight, and whether the processing dimensions, precision, and hole position meet the design requirements), and the main construction Machine inspection, scaffolding.
Second, the installation of hanging all-glass curtain wall construction
(I) Positioning on line
1. Measuring line
(1) The measuring and laying line of the positioning axis of the curtain wall must be parallel or perpendicular to the main axis of the main structure, so as to avoid the contradiction between the construction of the curtain wall and the construction of the indoor and outdoor decoration, and the defects such as the non-parallel squareness of the yin-yang angle and the decorative surface.
(2) High-accuracy laser leveling instruments and theodolites should be used, together with standard steel tape measures, heavy hammers, and level gauges. For curtain walls with a height greater than 7m, two more measurements should be repeated to ensure the vertical accuracy of the curtain wall. The upper and lower centerline deviation is required to be less than 1 - 2mm.
(3) Measurements should be carried out under the condition that the wind power is not greater than 4 grades. The error between the actual payoff line and the design drawing should be adjusted, allocated and digested and cannot be accumulated.
2. Positioning
All-glass curtain walls directly fix the glass to the main structure, then the position of the glass should be first bombed to the ground, and then the anchor point should be determined according to the outer edge size.
(II) Upper bearing steel installation
(1) Pay attention to checking the stability of embedded parts or anchoring steel plates, and the quality of the selected anchor bolts must be reliable. The anchor bolt position must meet the design requirements from the edge of the reinforced concrete member, and the drilling hole diameter and depth must comply with the technical specifications of the anchor bolt manufacturer. Internal ash should be blown clean.
(2) The installation position and height of each component shall be strictly in accordance with the requirements for line-out positioning and design drawings. The main point is that the centerline of the load-bearing steel beam must be consistent with the center line of the curtain wall, and the center of the elliptical screw hole should be consistent with the position of the designed suspension bolt.
(3) The installation of the internal metal clip must be smooth and straight. It is necessary to use the subsection pull-line check to straighten out the misalignment caused by welding. The external metal clips should be tested and assembled in accordance with the number and number, and they should be flat. The spacing between inner and outer metal clips should be uniform and the dimensions should meet the design requirements.
(c) Lower and side frame mounting
It is necessary to strictly follow the positioning of the payouts and the design of the construction, and all steel structures shall be painted with anti-rust paint on their surface. Clean up the dust in the lower border. In the lower part of each piece of glass, no less than two neoprene pads shall be placed. The pad width shall be equal to the width of the notch, and the length shall not be less than 100mm.
(d) Installation of glass in place
1. Glass lifting
(1) Check the quality of the glass again, in particular, pay attention to whether the glass is cracked or chipped and the position of the copper clip is correct. Use a dry cloth to wipe off the surface of the glass. Use a marker to mark the center of the glass.
(2) Install the electric suction cup machine. The electric suction cup must be positioned symmetrically to the left and right above the center of the glass.
(3) Try lifting. The electric suction cup must be positioned. Then the glass should be lifted and lifted. The glass should be lifted 2-3cm to check if the suction cups are all firm.
(4) Install manual suction cups, cable ties, and side protection sleeves in place on the glass.
(5) At the place where the glass is to be installed, stick the low-foaming spacer rubber strip on the inner side of the upper and lower borders, and the width of the stripe is the same as the designed glue gap width.
2. Glass in place
(1) The crane moves the glass closer to the in-position and slowly closes the glass.
(2) The upper-level workers must grasp the glass so as to prevent the glass from colliding with the steel frame when lifting or shifting. Manually reverse the chain by hanging the electric suction cup and slowly lift the glass so that the lower end of the glass extends beyond the lower frame. At this point, the lower worker should gently pull the glass into the slot in time and block it with wood to prevent collision with adjacent glass. In addition, there are workers rely on the bottom of the glass board to ensure that the glass can be placed in the bottom of the box when the chain is slowly lowered. Avoid the bottom of the glass and the metal slot bump.
(3) Glass positioning. The glass hanger is installed and the boom bolts should be placed in the positioning position marked on the steel crossbeam. Adjust the rod bolts repeatedly to allow the glass to rise and seat properly.
(4) After installing the upper outer metal clips, fill the foam round bars inside the outer slots of the upper and lower frames to temporarily fix the mounted glass.
(five) Note sealant
(1) The glass and metal surfaces of all parts to be glued should be wiped clean with acetone or special detergents. Do not wipe with a damp cloth and clean water. The surface of the glue injection parts must be dry. Stick tape along the seam to prevent silicone from contaminating the glass.
(2) It is necessary to arrange the construction of trained professional plastic injection workers. Both internal and external parties should carry out the plastic injection at the same time. The injection glue should be uniform, uniform, and free of bubbles. After the glue is injected, the special tool is used to scrape the glue so that the glue gap is a concave surface.
(3) The thickness of the weather-resistant silicone caulking adhesive should be between 3.5 mm and 4.5 mm. The width of the glue joint is determined by design calculations. The smaller width is 6 mm, the common width is 8 mm, and the wind load is large or When the seismic protection requirement is high, 10mm or 12mm can be used.
(6) Surface cleaning and acceptance
Clean the inside and outside surfaces of the glass, check the glue seam again and make necessary repairs.
Construction Notes:
Because of the non-framed curtain wall and the large area of ​​single glass, the suspended all-glass curtain wall should pay special attention to the following points during construction:
* Glass edging. The processing of glass must be smoothed on the upper and lower ends, and do not ignore the quality requirements because the upper and lower ends are not exposed. In the production and processing of glass, there is internal stress. Glass in the lower part of the lifting to be temporarily forced by the force; in the upper end of the glass hanging copper clips, local stress is very large. If the edges are not flat, the glass is prone to cracking under the combined action of complex external forces and internal stresses.
* Glass packaging. Due to the large size of the glass, a wooden box is usually installed for every 2 pieces. The wooden box must be firm and the lifting point must be designed. In addition to the glass in the packing box surrounded by polystyrene foam board, glass and glass can not be separated by simple paper, must use double-sided towel polystyrene foam board plug. In the process of transporting and lifting glass packaging boxes, the glass inside cannot move. In particular, note that the end faces on which copper clips are attached are placed on both ends, respectively, to prevent them from being impacted by external forces, resulting in cracked glass.
* Inside and outside clip design. When designing clips and frames inside and outside the glass, it must be closely cooperated with other professional constructions. After installing the glass curtain wall, other professional constructions must be welded on the top or drilled on the clips. Because other professional construction teams do not understand the special structure of the glass curtain wall, they only consider the convenience of their own professional construction. However, the welding spark slag splashed on the glass will cause irreparable damage to the glass. Other professional construction personnel should pay more attention to prevent the falling of the tool object so as not to cause the glass to crack.
