These places have particularly sufficient sunshine, but they are mostly barren lands. They cannot be used for anything else. According to Xiao Bian, recent ministries and national grids may intensively introduce photovoltaic development related policies, and further expand the domestic market of photovoltaic companies by encouraging the development of distributed photovoltaic power generation and launching the second batch of Golden Sun projects.
