Qi Hong pointed out in his speech that the aluminum processing division should work with the three “co-operations” as the main line: in terms of institutional mechanisms, intensify reforms and strengthen management at the same time; in terms of enterprise development, revitalize stocks and create incremental increases; With regard to product development, military products, civilian products and new products should be given equal emphasis. The next step is to change the concept of each company's operation transformation and promote the improvement of management. It is necessary to systematically and collectively analyze the problems, and must consistently and meticulously grasp the details. The business department should do a top-level design and continue to deepen the transformation of operations.
