On the 28th local time, the Russian "Proton-M" carrier rocket carried the "Inmarsat-5F3" communication satellite and was launched from the Baikonur base in Kazakhstan.
The launch of the "Inmarsat-5F3" satellite should have been launched at the end of May, but due to the failure of the "Proton-M" rocket during the launch of the Mexican communications satellite in the middle of the month, "Inmarsat-5F3" The launch plan was therefore postponed.
