New results include: improved production processes, production of electrodes using aqueous slurries to reduce electrode production costs and environmental pollution; introduction of new assembly processes, such as the use of laser cutting and high temperature pretreatment technologies, to reduce the time required to produce batteries and Costs: Development of automation modules and battery assembly wiring to reduce costs while increasing throughput; reducing battery module weight, making it easy to assemble, and facilitating disassembly and recycling.

In addition, the modular design and the use of new materials also allow recyclers to safely recycle used battery materials, thereby reducing waste.

At present, the lithium battery products of the "Chaoshi" project have already been submitted to some partners for on-line testing, including car brands such as Volkswagen and SEAT.
