The 43-year-old He Ming family lives in Beimen Lane, Xushe Town, Yixing. When he graduated from junior high school at the age of 16, he had to give up the opportunity to go to high school and learn to be a masons because of his poor family. When he was learning the masons, he had a thought: he had to design and manufacture a shovel conveyor. Later, he had the opportunity to go abroad to do construction labor in Kuwait, and saw many advanced engineering loaders, which strengthened this belief. After returning to China, he went to a hometown to start a mechanical production worker. Later, he set up an individual production room and studied practical tools such as scraper conveyors. Four years ago, when he was doing a mold experiment, he accidentally injured his right eye and basically lost his eyesight, but he did not change his mind. He took out all his savings and invested in research and development, and he also went to Shandong, Chongqing and other places for research. In July of this year, a technically perfect shovel conveyor production plan was officially issued, and the State Intellectual Property Office officially accepted the invention patent.
According to Cao Weihua, deputy section chief of the patent department of the Science and Technology Bureau of Yixing City, the only mechanical shovel method used on the stockyard is to load the material into the transport vehicle with the loader, and the shovel conveyor invented by He Ming collects the shovel and conveys. In one, the function is complete, the operation is simple, suitable for various working environments, and the cost input and operation energy consumption are 90% less than the loader.
