At this time, the speed sensing head is mounted on the beam of the belt conveyor.

It is better to use a three-core shielded wire between the sensor head and the protection control box to improve the anti-interference ability of the detector. At the same time, the two ends must have one-to-one correspondence, otherwise it will not work normally. The field equipment control box and the slip protection control box are connected by a four-core cable, two of which are ""7 power lines, and the other two are relay normally open contact lead lines, which must be marked separately and cannot be connected incorrectly. After confirming that the wiring is correct, it can be put into use.

During the use of the pump, serious accidents such as “rolling key”, impeller nut falling off and even shaft head breakage often occur, because the carbon steel key is corroded in the brine medium, causing the shaft and the impeller to rotate relative to each other, causing severe wear of the impeller hub. The cooperation with the shaft does not meet the technical requirements. Some impeller wear is very serious and has reached the end of life.

To this end, we have taken the following maintenance measures. Firstly, the carbon steel key is changed to stainless steel key. For the repair of the impeller, the wheel hub is used. First, the left side hub part of the impeller rear cover is driven, and the shaft hole is enlarged to the outer diameter of the wheel of the vehicle; The total length of the wheel sleeve of the front end of the titanium material with the shoulder should be determined according to the mating length of the impeller and the shaft, and the length of the rear cover should be 3 equal to the length of the wheel to the hub.
